HBIC reserves the right to use automatic tracking systems on its website, collecting information about visitors without identifying individuals, so that we can collate statistical information. We have included a tracking system on our website that records the number of people accessing our site, the day and time of each visit and whether you are a repeat visitor. We are not able to identify you or gain personal information - unless you submit this information using one of the online response forms. Any information submitted to us from an online response form on the website will automatically be e-mailed to the HBIC office and used by staff at HBIC to respond to your enquiry. Event Booking Terms and Conditions

The booking / registration form constitutes a legally binding agreement.  Payment must be received in full.  Cancellations received in writing 10 days before the event will be subject to an administrative charge of 50%. We regret that no refund can be made 10 days prior to the event although substitutions can be made in writing with at least 2 days notice before the event.

We cannot be held responsible for non arrival of registration information.  If you have not heard from HBIC within 7 days of the event date, please contact the HBIC office on 01438 310047 or info@hertsbic.co.uk.
